Educate a Girl and she will Change the World ~
We strongly believe education plays a prominent role in shaping one's future for the better and educating a girl is ever so necessary now, thanks to gender inequality. In this regard, we at Diletto, are sponsoring the education for girls belonging to the not-so-fortunate families. This is a small step in helping them grow to be confident, independent and self-sufficient.
Service before Self ~
Be it distribution of biscuits to the underprivileged or chocolates at schools; be it the rice bucket challenge or the buttermilk drive; be it kerala floods, bharat ke veer or covid pandemic, our founders at Diletto have always tried to do their part, as we believe in giving back to the society.
Empowering Women ~
Our goal is to provide work-training to women as we consider them as change-makers; encouraging children to stay in school and creating an additional source of income for their families; thereby helping them gain a respectable standing. Women make up for 60% of our team at Diletto.
Philanthropy ~
We are pleased at being able to consistently contribute to organizations like Akshaya Patra Foundation and Devnar School for Blind. We have in the past, supported and sponsored events like "paint our earth green", drawing competition for children among others.
Responsible & Fair Practices ~
Diletto aims at doing well by doing good. We are responsible and follow fair practices that lead to lasting productive outcomes for all our stakeholders. We are on the lookout to invest in programs which can help in the sustainability of cocoa production and are in talks with few organizations/foundations regarding the same.
