MACARONS
Fondre dans la bouche (melt in the mouth) are the words we choose to describe our macarons. Yet another favourite on the dessert table theme parties, the choice of fillings you can pair them with are endless.
Macarons as is are appealing to the eye but another way these beauties are sure to grab attention is when they are displayed on a Macaron Tower. In addition to regular round shaped ones, we also bake them in other shapes like alphabets, hearts, etc.
Although, vanilla & chocolate are crowd favourites but flavours like paan, coffee and rasmalai are soon catching up. Presently, we bake 15+ flavours on order in two sizes; mini and medium, requiring a lead-time of 2-3 days and use egg whites in our recipe.
